7 Habits to Improve Memory

   Hi guys!! Today I will talk about the 7 Habits to Improve Memory. People have a strong memory power some habits that they will not miss each day. Train the habit might make you be one of those strong memory power.


    Protect and enhance the ability of the brain is very easy. Simply train some small habits and lifestyle change that is not good. The brain will stay alive even if it continues to increase its ability to be trained and used.
    An online survey conducted by Australian researchers of the 29,500 respondents who were selected and included the category of people who have a strong memory.


    The respondents previously underwent several tests of memory such as remembering the events of 1, 5 or 20 years ago, memorizing shopping lists, remembering faces, names and the job respectively.
    Researchers also analyzed the patterns of life and day-to-day diet. Finally after doing some analysis, the researchers learned and concluded 7 habits of people with a good memory.
    he's 7 simple habits they are helpless remember that you can apply stronger everyday to enhance the ability of the brain.

    1. Not consume alcohol
    Those with a strong memory apparently rarely consume alcoholic beverages, because alcohol turns can damage the nervous system and weaken the ability of the brain.





    2. Watching television is no more than an hour each day
    People remember the strong power-spectacle rarely seen spectacle that does not really matter, except to educate its spectacle. They are more often read than watch.



    3. Often read novels
    By reading the novel, the brain will be trained to think and second-guess what will happen. Novel storyline twist will make the brain continues to think the brain but in the form of an adventure more exciting and fun.


    4. Always cross-crossed and connect the data
    The brain's ability to continue to increase as the data that goes into them connected to each other. By relating such, a data will be stored and implanted in the brain stronger.


    5. Never forget to eat fish
    Fish is a good source of protein known to function regenerate dead cells. Brain cells must continue to be regenerated. Some types of fish such as salmon and sardines contain omega 3 which is very good for the development of brain cells and the ability to remember someone.


    6. Drinking tea or coffee
    Tea and coffee contain caffeine which can stimulate the heart and brain to keep awake and work better. However, excessive consumption, especially of coffee can be fatal. Drink in reasonable doses.


    7. Always make a note in the form of journal or small notebook
    Data were entered into our brains without carrying may or may not stick. However, if the data is recorded, then we can look back when forgotten. Noting also been found to enhance the brain's ability to memorize up to 20 percent
