I guess most of you will answer 'yes', because everyone love music right?

But did you know that karaoke has a lot of benefits for each of us?

1. Release your happy hormone
The endorphins hormone that came out when you sing, create happiness by triggering nerve. Your voice can entertain other people and also create peace and happiness.









2. Reduce stress

When you're happy, it helps to decrease your stress level. Endorphins hormone can help decrease your stress and anxiety. When you sing a song with a deep feeling, your body will take a deeper breath and slow down the heart beat also decreasing excessive anxiety









3. Build self confidence
If you still afraid to speak in front of the public, start by singing with your close friends. Singing can help you build self confidence because you will be more open about yourself. If you brave enough to share your voice and music, it will be easier for you to overcome your fear.

Singing makes you at least have to read or memorize when you learn new melody and lyrics. This is a good way to stimulate parts of brain that dealing with memory, learning, and concentration.
